Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang
English Name: Tonify the Middle and Augment the Qi Decoction

The Chinese patent medicine/teapill version of Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang is also available through the White Crane TCM pharmacy.
Actions: Tonifies the middle jiao, raises sunken yang.
Traditional indications of this Chinese herbal formula include: Intermittent fever which is worsened by exertion, spontaneous sweating, aversion to cold, thirst for warm beverages, shortness of breath, weak limbs, pale and shiny complexion, low speaking sounds, loose watery stools.
Tongue Image: Pale tongue with thin, white coating.
Pulse: Flooding, deficient pulse overall or a deficient and rootless pulse in the right guan.
